These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CreatorsJam mobile application (the "App") provided by CREATORSJAM PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the CreatorsJam App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. License and Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the CreatorsJam App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: (a) modify, adapt, or hack the App; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (c) use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; or (d) violate any laws in the state of Karnataka, India, while using the App.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the CreatorsJam App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Privacy
Your use of the CreatorsJam App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found [insert link to privacy policy]. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the CreatorsJam App. By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the CreatorsJam App without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the CreatorsJam App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The CreatorsJam App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
